Day 1

Today there wasn't too much planed. I woke up called my family to let them know everything was okay and that I got in with no troubles. After my shower I sat outside for a bit and feed the fish. I love watching these fish, its very humid here but looking at them in the water helps me feel cooler.

My wife's youngest sister came home today, she was out last night, and it was nice to catch up with her.
Later I went out with my wife and her mom so that she could take care of some paperwork that needs to be done before I can change my visa. My mother-in-laws car is really cool its a super small van, its got the automatic doors and actually has a lot more space inside than you think, there is also a GPS/TV built in to the dash. Another cool thing about it is the engine turns off when the car is idling to save gas, kind of like the buses here.

When we got to the City Hall to do the paper work it was just a bunch of waiting which is what I expected. One interesting thing was that they had changed the hand rail in staircase to be "better" it was all curvy and weird, I liked the official poster for it.
