So much to do

Yesterday I went for a walk in the afternoon, I went to a game store (but didn't by anything) and resisted the urge to go to a favorite fast food place. When I got back home I was told that we (my wife and her parents) were going to be going for a ride. We drove up into one of the mountains near the ocean and then we went down to the town below.
The town is known for its squid so we went to a very well known restaurant literally on the water.
My father in law used to sail his boat to this place before he sold it, it was a 8 to 9 hour round trip but he said it was worth it. We ordered the squid and (as I have told people before) when it came out it was still alive only cut in places.
Here you can see it still pulsing with blood :).

After we left we ended up going by a castle so we stopped to take a look. It was up what seemed like a million steps but the view was worth it.

When we were walking back down I saw one of Japans huge bee's (it was already dead) it was about an inch and a half wide, I would hate to see this thing flying around.
We then got in the car again and headed home but not before we stopped and had some desert in a small place near where my father in law grew up.

  2. Wow, sounds like an adventure. That bug looks crazy as well. Looks like you're getting quite the exercise over there climbing mountains and stuff. That squid looks crazy.
